Jason is easy to work with, stays on top of the paperwork and doesn't waste your time. At one point he had to deliver bad news because COVID caused the loan to not go through initially and I could tell it was not something that he wanted to do, but he was honest and upfront about it and explained exactly what happened. I stuck with him and waited out the market and we got the rate back down and locked in a couple of months later. I appreciate working with someone I can trust.
