What can I say, Jay simply delivers on what he sets out to from the start. He doesn't make outlandish promises that he can't keep just to get your business or keep you in the dark if something goes sideways. The transparency and education we got was refreshing especially when dealing with a decision as big as buying our first house. Jay did a great job of explaining all of the options available for financing, what goes into the decision-making process for the lenders, and all of the costs we could expect when buying a home. He spoke to us in a way that we could understand and so that we did not feel overwhelmed. He was always available to answer questions and would respond in a very timely manner when not immediately reachable. We felt like he cared about what we were undertaking.
