Jay offered a very reasonable mortgage and incredible service! We closed in 15 days which included 4 holiday days which sounds like it may be a record after talking to some of my friends. Also this was never something I specifically asked for but that he did to help us put a good offer in. Also Jay is very friendly and personable to work with
