Let me tell you. All the reviews about Jay are real. I'm lucky to have worked with Jay based on a referral from my Real Estate agent. Jay is transparent with his numbers and will take the time to sit with you if you have any questions. That itself is worth its weight in gold especially in this world of indecipherable loan contracts. Jay supported me however he could despite his busy schedule for a smooth and fast closing. There needs to be more folks like Jay.
