I heard about Jay Jaffee a my neighbor January 1st. He met with me the next day. Jay’s warm personality impressed me from the start. I’ve gone through several very stressful refinances. Jay educated me thoroughly about what to expect and kept in close touch with me. Jay is caring, friendly, outgoing, very knowledgeable, funny, and he is always there for his clients. My refinance was funded 25 days after I first met Jay! Best experience ever!
