Jay is very responsive to phone calls, and most importantly for me, answers questions and easily shares information to the degree I needed it. He 's also clear what he needs to make the loan happen in a smooth, successful way, and was encouraging when I stressed. Our refinance was not the easiest since we are self employed and that required a great deal of additional information and backup documents. At times it seemed that the list of documentation would never end, but all once submitted, things moved right along and our refinance was completed. The staff was always there to answer questions in a timely manner and give us re-assurance that things were almost complete.
