Things were great with Jay right out of the gate. I truly appreciated his communication, when he says you can call him anytime he means it, which was a rare gem to me. People say that these days it seems because they feel like they have to. Jay meant it. He was extremely prompt and responsive to any questions, calls, or texts we had. This was my first time getting a home and I had an amazing experience with Jay. My first meeting with Jay ended up being a 2 hours long class which helped me a lot with the whole home buying process. I appreciate that he is so welcoming and doesn't mind getting asked the same questions again and again. I also got to participate in one of the charity events he organized for homeless youths and that speaks a lot for him and his team! I would really recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
