Better and increased communication. Several times we had to ask for clarification regarding the numbers in our financial documents because they were not the correct ones or were missing credits; the usual answer was “oh, THEY didn’t change it”. Other times we were told I’ll call you or send you the documents in 20 minutes and we had to reach back to remind about our documents. We sure were called to be informed of our closing date (clearly KB staff get their incentives when clients close).

Nothing you did it’s the lack on interaction closing over the phone and internet is horrible. Face to face is how thirst transactions need to be completed
