Kb home team just say what they want to say, they will not give an option or good rate when we do finance with them if not they will make many problems if we want to go with outside finance. Moreover when working with the finance team sales team will come in between say what they know with wrong information. they are making false promises. In-person Jayson is good but he should give the option to work in a good way. they ask me for another finance team quote but they didn't do a price match.

My overall experience with KB was not good. My main complaints are about the fact that none of KB representatives explains what are the documents about, why and when they should be signed. All they request is to sign them asap. I had a similar issue with Jayson. Although I want to mention that once I raised my concern Jayson was the only one who did his job explaining everything and helping to resolve open questions so the customer is in "win" position.

Poor communication and seldom return calls for querries. He was not available to answer questions and clarifications because we tried calling his direct line it went straight to voicemail and we left a message but no return call received. We have to go through our sales agent to get through him. I understand he is a busy man, I think we all are. This is our first time buying a home thus we have alot of questions that was running in our mind but was not really answered.

Communication was pretty bad. But..... Lori Kellar took our case and that was the best thing that could happen to us, very quick answeing our doubts via text message or phone call. Outstanding service from her end.

I think better communication overall. The communication seemed at the beginning not very thorough from Sales officer, loan officer and processer...It got better once branch manager(Peter) got involved.

He did not advice about the different mortgage options, he just assigned us the conventional mortgage
