The process of getting the approval is not an easy one. It would have been ok if we could have had the exact amount when we started. Once you had the exact amount for the loan, the real number could have been used instead of approximate numbers. It would have been less of a shock . Btw those number were available within a month after we went to the design center. So instead of sending us closing fees cost that were based on an approximate loan cost, real cost could have been used.
