Jeancarlos is very professional, very knowledgeable and compassionate. Refinancing can be stressful. Jeancarlos worked tiresly with us and answered all of our questions. The process went smoothly. I would definitely work with him again and would highly recommend him to family and friends.

I initially started with another lender but when I was introduced to Jeancarlo, he was provided me more information than any other lender I previously spoke with. He was able to create a smooth process for me and my family & get me a better rate than the previous lender. He is made himself available just about any and every time I needed answers to my questions. Jeancarlo was very easy to work with, knowledgeable and honest. Juancarlos is quite knowledgeable in his field. He takes his work seriously, and appears calm in handling every situation. He took the time to answer my questions. The end of the escrow was very hectic, too hectic for me, but we closed on time only because I had to wire some more money to the escrow officer after driving about 100 miles round trip to drop off what was hopefully to be the last check--and then I needed to drive down to Norwalk for the title rather than wait the next morning. My experience working with Jeancarlos was fantastic. He is very friendly and had to do a lot of hand holding with me. I delayed and made changes. He was patient with me the entire way, never getting frustrated. A true professional. Would definitely use him again for sure :)
