I can't begin to explain how wonderful Jeanne Rackers was in this entire process. Working through this pandemic, answering the phone anytime I had what to me felt like a ridiculous question as a first time homebuyer, she really went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were able to get the home of our dreams.
