To say Jeanne was amazing is an understatement. She went above and beyond to help us during this process by always making herself available, answering our million and one questions and making sure we were getting the best rates. This refinance was great. The team was extremely helpful when the IRS put up a huge roadblock in sending a tax transcript, which was no fault of the OnQ folks who were patiently helping me navigate the unnecessary lack of customer service on the part of the IRS. They never gave up and tried to find alternate ways to get the information and once it was provided, it took a very short time to go to closing. I thank all of them for their diligence and patience.

Jeanne closed a loan for a buyer on a deal I was working on in 10 days!!!!! I was the listing agent for the sellers in a recent transaction. The buyer had initially started working with a different lender that could not perform. In fact, the day of regularly scheduled closing our deal fell through due to the other lender. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I had LOTS of questions as a mortgage was a foreign language to us. Jeanne patiently walked us through the entire experience, ensuring we understood every step of the way while having the best service and getting the best deal. In a tight market, Movement was able to close on our house (a flip) in 24 days, which I speculate was the reason we were able to win the house over other offers.
