Jeanne was amazing. As a first time homebuyer there is A LOT of things I had no idea went into the whole process. But Jeanne was very honest about everything. Explained everything well. Helped with any questions I had. She is very nice and knowledgeable about it all. She even was able to have us close faster than usual. Which for us was much needed. it was very confusing dealing with the amount of paperwork I needed to collect to satisfy the lender that I was not a drugdealer or laundering money. I was required to make multiple trips to my bank to collect paperwork to then scan and email. At a certain point I told them " I have done all I can. If that is not enough we'll just call the whole thing off". That resulted in them deciding that they had enough information.
