Jeff and his team made everything really fast and easy. All of the documents were available online and I could sign most of them electronically. He is really tech-savvy. If you want to experience how mortgages are dealt with in the 21st century, Jeff is the way to go! He also re-negotiated our rate to a lower one without me asking him.

As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into or what the process entailed. From the begging Jeff had been great at communicating what each step consisted of and got everything done in a timely manner. He and his team were great at reaching out to us when something needed to be signed or if anything went wrong.
