We have worked with a number of different lenders over the years but have never had an application and closing go as smooth as those Jeff has handled. Jeff was very knowledgeable, organized and efficient. He took care of everything, including great referrals for insurance etc Jeff and his team worked diligently and smoothly even during this tragic pandemic. He exceeded all expectations.

Jeff and his team made everything really fast and easy. All of the documents were available online and I could sign most of them electronically. He is really tech-savvy. If you want to experience how mortgages are dealt with in the 21st century, Jeff is the way to go! He also re-negotiated our rate to a lower one without me asking him.

As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into or what the process entailed. From the begging Jeff had been great at communicating what each step consisted of and got everything done in a timely manner.
