From the beginning, Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. He took the time go through the entire process with us and to answer all of our questions (during business times and beyond!). Jeff did a great job working with me to get the best possible mortgage for my unique situation, which was not an easy task, but he came through. Ie I was moving back to CT from CA, everything was done online except for the closing. He stayed positive and kept me informed of all requirements and processed them quickly.
