Jeff was very professional that why this is our second home and we used him twice. He is very knowledgeable and made me and my wife feel real comfortable working with him. He has great communication skills and is very timely, and efficient.

Jeff is a consummate professional. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. He was extremely easy to deal with on a day to day basis and was so on board with guiding me on all the details that had to be done. What I really was impressed with was the fact that he was always readily available to help, and always welcomed my phone calls.

Jeff was great from start to finish of our first home purchasing process. We had a hard time finding someone to give us a decent loan since my husband new to the country but Jeff looked and found us a great deal. He’s always available when I have questions regarding the details of our loan. I will most likely use Jeff in the future if we plan to move.

My husband and I can't thank Jeff and the whole Guaranteed Rate team enough. We had a solid two months to close and he got our file 'clear to close' by the end of the first 30 days. He was always on top of the transaction, and available at all times to answer any questions and keep us updated. Jeff has been wonderful from start to finish of our purchasing process. He’s been very patient and always available when I have questions regarding the details of our loan. Jeff helped us get pre approved to start our house search. Once we moved forward with the offer, Jeff and his team were great to work with. They gave a list of items needed, we used their secure portal for file transfer and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. Jeff even made it a point to show up to the close to congratulate us. If we ever have another need, will definitely look to Jeff for assistance.
