Jeff Lobel was extremely helpful to me as a navigated the purchase of my first home. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully and was very helpful in describing the different types of mortgages available to me. I ended up with a FHA mortgage, so that I had a smaller down-payment, which I believe was the right choice for me. I would definitely reach out to Jeff if/when I purchase another home in the DC area!

I could not have asked for a better lender. Jeff is very knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of the entire real estate industry. My husband and I were purchasing our first home and knew nothing about the financing side of home buying (the most important part)! Jeff explained everything to us, explained what to expect and really "held our hands" throughout the entire process. It takes a true command of information to be able to explain thoroughly and in layman's terms and he was able to do just that. A fantastic lender.

Jeff is extremely well- informed on the mortgage process for the DMV area and patiently worked with us to answer questions, find the best mortgage loan product and prepare us at every step. My lender was extremely helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a home. He takes you step by step through the process from start to finish and always tell the consumer that you don’t understand something to let him know and he will explain it. I really encourage first time home-buyers to talk to this lender, very well knowledgeable in the housing business and very professional. Highly highly recommended.
