Jeff was able to seamlessly guide me through the process as a first time homebuyer. This helped to alleviate a lot of the stress and jitters I came to him with. Jeff ensured I was equipped with the best information throughout the process.
Nice guy, however I only sought a pre-qualification with Jeff as I am a first time home buyer. Additionally, because my innocence was bliss and in unfamiliar territory, he wound up giving me an entire application for a loan that I did not want when he ran my credit report which was excellent. I used the Zillow app only for a pre-qualification and did not wish to have a full mortgage.
