My wife and i were in a market of a loan officer. My wife initially has a low credit score. Jeff helped us raise that score and we were able to get a higher loan and closed the purchase of our dream house sooner than we expected. He is really knowledgeable of his profession. He is so patient, humble, friendly and will educate you on the process. Therefore i will highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house regardless of credit.

I was referred to Jeff by someone who had worked with him to purchase a home. Jeff was energetic, knowledgeable and available to respond to any questions. Jeff was able to seamlessly guide me through the process as a first time homebuyer. This helped to alleviate a lot of the stress and jitters I came to him with. Nice guy, however I only sought a pre-qualification with Jeff as I am a first time home buyer. Additionally, because my innocence was bliss and in unfamiliar territory, he wound up giving me an entire application for a loan that I did not want when he ran my credit report which was excellent. I used the Zillow app only for a pre-qualification and did not wish to have a full mortgage.

I'm unsure who this is but I want to take the time to apologize for anything you feel was done incorrectly. When a borrower asks for a pre-qualification, the process is to take an application and pull credit. There is no obligation or cost to obtain a pre-qualification and you were not issued a full mortgage. I am unsure what you mean by the statement I gave you a full mortgage.
