Nice guy, however I only sought a pre-qualification with Jeff as I am a first time home buyer. Additionally, because my innocence was bliss and in unfamiliar territory, he wound up giving me an entire application for a loan that I did not want when he ran my credit report which was excellent. I used the Zillow app only for a pre-qualification and did not wish to have a full mortgage.

I'm unsure who this is but I want to take the time to apologize for anything you feel was done incorrectly. When a borrower asks for a pre-qualification, the process is to take an application and pull credit. There is no obligation or cost to obtain a pre-qualification and you were not issued a full mortgage. I am unsure what you mean by the statement I gave you a full mortgage.
