I have had Jeff complete several of my loans for purchase loans. Let me tell you, Jeff is amazing. He is an excellent communicator and keeps you updated with the entire process. His company has excellent interest rates and his service is the best I have seen and I have used many lenders before and continue to use Jeff as my "go to lender". I would like to take the time to formally commend Jeff Silver with Big Valley/AP Mortgage for his stellar work on my refi/purchase loans. We had a particularly tricky situation in that we were going to sell a rental home in Citrus Heights in order to come up with the down payment on a home and property in the Sierra foothills. We received Jeff's info from a friend. Working with a 1031 Exchange, we had a time constraint and 2 houses to close in under 45 days, Jeff & his team were impeccable in their preformance & execution. We were able to secure and close on both properties. Jeff guidance and friendship made the whole process much less stressful than I was expecting.
