Jeff was professional, personable and well-informed. He guided us well through the process. During the "wait" times he worked to keep us informed of where we were in the process, what to expect, and how to prepare for the next steps.
This was our fourth home purchase and I have never had such a pleasant experience navigating the financial funding waters. Jeff explained each step of the process in consumer language. When I called with a question, if he didn't pick up, he always got back to me within minutes - not hours. He even came to our closing to be able to answer any questions the Escrow officer might have.
