Jeff, I think that this was a little to be desired because with all the money I spent, I never once met you. Call me old school if you want, but something was missing when it comes to customer service. I hate communicating by just text and email. What is personal about that? You sent me this survey so therefore I'm telling you how I feel. This transaction just did not make me feel eager to tell people about your services. If it wasn't for me knowing Kareena, I would have gone with someone else.

Stop wasting my time with stupid videos at every step of the way. Don't ask for the same document 3 times from 3 different people. Tell the people that receive the document to actually read them before they send another email to ask for information that is on the document they just received.
