For being not local to me and a 3 hour time difference he communicated with me very well with what little time I have to make calls during the week. It was definitely a long slow process (which is normal) but well worth the wait! Couldn't be happier to have my first home! he even managed to get the interest down quite a bit from what I was originally prequalified at which is fantastic. I would definitely recommend.
