The best part of the process was that everyone was laid back and easy to deal with. No pushy or hard sell tactics. Nothing was made artificially critical or rushed. Almost at the end, one of the assistants changed and we were getting stuff from a new person but that was not a big deal. In the final paper work, the address of the title company was incorrect so we were a little late getting to the correct office but even then no one went nuts. It was relaxed and comfortable and friendly. Great

I was great because I not only received a lower interest rate than I had been paying, but the process was relatively user friendly. I did not agree with the necessity of acquiring a new survey, but I understand that the lending company had to follow the laws of Texas. I also felt that the closing was accomplished very efficiently. Thanks for your efforts and that of your team. Kathleen
