I'm upset to know you don't share things with owners of found pets or police, What other things are you hiding? Animal abuse/ dog fighting etc..

Why would you scan a dog and not either report it to the owner, or cooperate with the owners or police to get the dog back to where it belongs?? Laws need to change. You should of at least helped the police come to a resolution so you know where Cinderella belonged for sure!!
