Everything was proceeding in a very efficient fashion until an issue came up from underwriting that required a confirmation from the IRS. It appeared to be impossible at the start but, in the end, underwriting permitted a continuation of our process and your staff accepted the "challenge" and took care of it themselves rather than put the burden on us. In the end, all was successful but it did go "down to the wire"!
Jeff Drawdy has been working with me on purchase loans and refinances since 1995. Jeff knows this business inside out, and he and Trina do excellent work, making the process of getting a mortgage as painless as possible and successfully gauging a suddenly volatile market to lock the best available interest rate. I wouldn't dream of getting a mortgage without Jeff and Team Drawdy!
