My wait time from the time of my appointment was very short. They were professional. Most importantly, they were patient and friendly. All my questions were ansewred. I had a full understanding of what was going on and what to expect.
Service is always excellent. I had a new assistant today and she did a very good job.

Excellent Work I had my cleaning today. My hygienist did an awesome job clearing the tartar and stains from my teeth. They look and feel like new. I would highly recommend this practice.
Outstanding customer service and professionalism The level of professionalism and expertise is exceptional . I appreciated the level of service though out the entire experience . I truly believe if our government would get insurance better structured it would allow outstanding DDS such as Dr. Tibbs to increase the ability to serve even more. There is such a greater good needed in dental maintance . I would recommend anyone to Dr. Tibbs and his professional staff.
