Knowledgable staff; quick service and friendly people
I was nervous the day I went to see Dr. Tibbs, but thanks to the doctor, his assistant and staff I calmed downed quickly. They are all very professional. I was told exactly what was happening every step of the way and could feel their genuine concern about my well being. I do have to say this was my first visit to Dr. Tibbs as I am a new resident of North Carolina, but felt and was treated as though I have gone there for years. I have nothing but cudos for Dr. Tibbs and his staff.
My first experience with Dr. Tibbs' office was excellent. Everyone was very nice and made me feel welcome. My treatment was exceptional and I look forward to a long relationship.
i always look forward to going to the dentist now, whereas before i needed valium to get through a cleaning! they always take their time, they remember tidbits about my life which makes me feel special as a client, and they are very patient! def recommend them !!
I always feel very special when I go for a checkup. Coming from a person who was terrified of dentist. I have been a patient for many years. The staff makes you feel relaxed and Dr. Tibbs is a fabulous person.
I really appreciated how well I was taken care of in Dr. Tibbs office. Donna is always so sweet & helpful when you call. She got me in very quickly that same day. I was seen first by one of the dental assistants who was very thorough & very kind. Dr. Tibbs came in right after her exam & confirmed what she had told me. Now, my gum is feeling much better & I am very thankful of the help I received.
Had my teeth cleaned. Service was excellent, however, missed seeing Dr. Tibbs.
I would personally like to see better hand hygiene at this facility. I work in healthcare so I know a bit about this topic.If Dr.Tibbs or whoever is working in my mouth, I would like to see them either use hand sanitizer or wash their hands with SOAP not just water before working in my mouth. This simple yet important task, goes a long way with me.
I've been going to Dr. Tibbs for YEARS, probably since I'vehad teeth, and I have never been disappointed in my care with him and his staff! They are all like family! I've had quite a few cavities, a root canal, and wisdom teeth removed from him, and each experience was very comfortable and relaxed. I am one of the few who LOVE going to my dentist!
