As always, I was greeted with a warm hello from Donna, excellent hygiene work by Whitney and of course, Dr. Tibbs is superb!
Was shocked I got seen on the day I called. it was an emergency to me and I really needed a dentist and he worked me in, but the wait was worth it. Have recommented him to others who have used him. All the office team are nice and pleasent. Great atmosphere.
good job. Whitney took the time to explain issues with my sensitive crown. Dr. Tibbs was also helpful.
Dr Tibbs is the epiitome of a true professional. He has been our dentist through pulling teeth for braces, root canals, crowns, deep cleanings, wisdom teeth issues, etc, We have NEVER had a bad experience. I appreciate that he calls the day after major procedures to check on you. My daughter, who is now 23, does not want anyone else to touch her teeth so she drives from Charlotte. The staff is personable and caring. Donna makes you feel special from the moment you arrive. WE will not go anywhere else!
As always receive excellent care from a caring staff.
Your office staff is so nice and courteous. Very friendly. Dr. Tibbs always explains everything in detail if I don't understand something he tells me about my teeth. Thanks for all your hard work.
