Attentive, eager to explain everything in detail, accessible
Doctor Epstein was very kind and patient with myself and answered all my questions and was very informative.
Very skilled surgeon. Very honest. He has a great bedside manner. He is very warm and friendly person.
Dr. Epstein was absolutely the best. He discussed with me what I was looking for and was very open to my suggestions. I came prepared with several pictures and because he is a true artist, not just a cosmetic surgeon, he picked what would be most suitable for my face:) I never knew my right eye was higher than my left….lol
My experience with Dr. Epstein and his staff was excellent. Just like any surgical procedure, the experience was tense and a bit nerve wracking. However, Dr. Epstein and his staff explained the procedure, answered all my questions and attended to my every need. They truly made me feel at home. It has been over a year and the results have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone considering a similar procedure.

Attentive staff very precise and careful natural look
I had an initial eyebrow transplant and a subsequent touch up (because I wanted even fuller brows) and chose no other than Dr. Jeffrey Epstein. Both times Dr. Epstein did an amazing job and I thank him every time I look in the mirror. I am very happy with Dr. Epstein's work and I would highly recommend him. His office staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. Epstein and his staff did my surgery and he walked me through every step before and after. The whole staff made me comfortable the good Dr. Is really an artist and innovator. He did such a great job. I can't wait to see it at its full potential. He even showed me what he did what not to do and what to do for best results. It was completely a selfless act for him to do what he did for me. If you have the money to get a FUE beard implant do it.
