Jen Cole is an amazing lender. She talked us through the pre-approval process and worked hard to get us the best deal we could get. She answered the phone on evenings and weekends. Jen was proactive in reaching our to our realtor and helped us all function as a team. This is the second time I have worked with Jen and would do it again and again. I recommend her to everyone I know who is thinking about buying a home. Jen should be your lender!!

Jen was superb the entire time throughout our loan process. It felt like talking to one of our best friends. I did feel guilty messaging her so much, but she was always one step ahead of me; sending me valuable information, educating me about the process of home buying.
