She went through the forms with me for pre-approval. Jennifer and her team were extremely thorough, asking for most of the paperwork at the beginning. I was referred to Jennifer by my broker while purchasing an investment property in Denver. Unfortunately we did not close with her (we nearly fell out of contract due to issues with Jennifer's team) and ended up closing with another lender after asking the seller for an extension.
