It was really great working with Jennifer and the team at Guarantee Rate. They made things very painless and easy as possible. There's a lot paperwork applying for a home loan and they made it really comfortable process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a house in the near future.

I couldn't recommend Jennifer and the entire Guaranteed Rate team more. They were top notch. At our first and only face-to-face meeting Jennifer was very honest about the options for us on our new home loan. I appreciated that instead of feeding us information to get us to use her company she gave us the accurate information we needed to get the loan we needed at a great rate and close on our closing date. I have now used Jennifer's services for two mortgages, and I couldn't recommend her more. In addition to her impeccable technical expertise and skill, she is also incredibly responsive, down to earth, and easy to work with. More importantly, I trust her - to tell me the truth, and to have my best interest in mind - and she has not let me down. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

I worked with Jennifer on financing my original home purchase, and because of how well it went and how comfortable she made me feel throughout the process, I have come back to her for both of my subsequent refinances. Jennifer made sure I was given plenty of advance notice for documents that were needed, and she ensured that I would have a smooth closing. I strongly recommend working with Jennifer and her team!

Jennifer and her team were fantastic to work with! In an extremely competitive market it is imperative that you have a lender with a top-notch skill set and a great reputation and Jennifer is well known and respected in Denver which is why we chose to work with her. She was extremely knowledgable about different loan options and we had several nuances with the loan that for her were not a problem (physician loan, dealing with student debt, closing on the home before job contract start date, etc.).
