I have worked with Jennifer three separate occasions now: one purchase and two refinances. She is one of the most professional, responsive, and helpful business people I have worked with in my life. She ALWAYS has my best interest in mind, even if it doesn't benefit her. Her honesty, transparency, and pleasant demeanor make her THE person to work with. I would recommend Jennifer in a heartbeat to all of my friends and family!

Jennifer was such a fantastic help in helping me refinance my house. The process was so simple and Jennifer was very responsive to any questions I had, usually getting back to me within the hour. I also worked with Katie, who was a tremendous asset as well. I ended up saving quite a bit of money with the refinance and it is all thanks to these wonderful women! If you want an easy loan experience and a fast turnaround, Jennifer, Katie, and Guaranteed Rate are the way to go!

Jennifer Fairfield was my loan officer and my realtor recommended her. As soon as I email her requesting information about a mortgage loan, she responded right away. When I spoke to her I knew I could trust her. She was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about the mortgage process. All I can say is that the whole process went smoothly and she was there for me until the closed on the 28th of March. I am really happy with her services and I would recommend her.

I would highly recommend Jennifer Fairfield to anybody looking for a mortgage lender. Jennifer was always very responsive, responding quickly to all emails and phone calls.
