From start to finish Jennifer was available to answer questions & got right on any requests we had. She had our refi done in record time compared to another Mtg co. We originally attempted our refi with. Very pleased with the process & the whole team!
It went well, and it would have been better if much of the process wasn't delayed due to them being very busy - it cost us extra because of the daklays. Still, a 5 star...although not perfect. I hope the rest goes well.
