There needs to be phase for each progression. You have your initial one with the basic documents. If a customer makes it through that portion then a second list of items needed should be made rather they apply to the customer or not. I say this because I had to go to the office 4 times in one week because I would receive an email daily stating they needed something else. Other then that it was a pretty easy process.
Very hard working and a easure to work with.
It was strange due to CO-VID pandemic but Jennifer did anything and everything to make our experience as painless as possible. I would just like to thank her again.
