Seemed to take longer than it should have(almost 5 months) and with being the first time doing most things through emails and e signing, it sure felt like we weren’t involved in the process very much. Even though we requested to sign closing documents in person, no one from the company was there.
Very nice people to work with.
Overall the experience was very good. Throughout the process Jennifer was good at remaining responsive. There was a bit of a last minute scramble which even the closing attorney commented on. I am presuming that was in relation to the busy housing market and other factors so not a big deal.
