Overall we had a great experience with everyone in the Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group! The only thing I would say is to be careful with the sending the emails to the wrong people- we got other client's emails twice and even though they were "rescinded" we still saw and were able to read the emails. It just made us have a moment of wonder if our personal information was safe or accidentally going to other people as well.
Jennifer and Ci say we’re awesome to work with. They were very courteous and professional and helped me and answered the questions I had. My husband passed away 2 years ago and I wish I had done this earlier. Instead I was paying 9.30 percent rate and everything had been going to interest to the company I had my loan with. I was scared to do a refinance because I was clueless but they made it so much easier than I had anticipated. Both of them were super and are A #1 in my book! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ??
