Jerry Fowler at BankSouth Mortgage did a great job guiding us thru a 2nd home mortgage along with a 1st home refi at the same time. We closed both mortgages in the same meeting and about a week ahead of our originally planned closing date!

The Bank South team was great to work with. Very responsive to questions and offered advice where possible. Documentation requirements seems a bit over the top, but I'll write that off the times were in and requirements of the ultimate lender and not the Bank South team trying to facilitate the process.
