Jerry and his team were responsive and on top of things the entire way. The online portal made the documentation process much easier than our previous mortgage experiences. However, when the inevitable hiccups came up, this is where they really shined. Jerry made things happen and cleared the way to get us to an on time closing where most lenders would have had to delay.
