Jerry and his team were responsive and on top of things the entire way. The online portal made the documentation process much easier than our previous mortgage experiences. However, when the inevitable hiccups came up, this is where they really shined. Jerry made things happen and cleared the way to get us to an on time closing where most lenders would have had to delay. We could not have been more pleased and have already referred our best friends to Jerry!

Throughout the process Jerry was insightful and responsive to my questions. During the approval process the communication from all involved was proactive and helpful. I found the site to upload necessary documents very easy to use. I couldn’t be more satisfied with having Bank Siouan as my lender.

Communications were spotty. Several times we received requests for information that had previously been submitted or was not relevant to our application. In addition, when preparing for the final stages just before closing, we thought we had completed everything needed but we didn't release one additional document needed to be 'viewed.' On the day of the original closing I had to call to find out why the closing was being postponed. Someone should have contacted us before the closing date.
