Communications were spotty. Several times we received requests for information that had previously been submitted or was not relevant to our application. In addition, when preparing for the final stages just before closing, we thought we had completed everything needed but we didn't release one additional document needed to be 'viewed.' On the day of the original closing I had to call to find out why the closing was being postponed. Someone should have contacted us before the closing date.
