He was always there when I needed him and responded fairly quickly when I called or texted. Only issue we had was loan scenarios were different than actual cost to close. I know they could be different but it was 2.5k different. When I called and asked why the difference it was due to clerical error. In fact on the closing document it said the loan scenario was 1.5k LESS than the actual. Which means that there was a 4K difference I don’t mind that we had to pay the extra 2.5k than expected but that’s just it. I had every ... read more
