We closed an hour and a half later than what we were supposed to we had to resubmit many documents because they couldn’t get them out of the system the only person that really got their shit together was Josh they need to have a checklist to follow to tell the potential buyer of all the documents that they need and then they need to not only have an electronic copy but a paper copy that way if there’s something wrong with the electronic copy they have the actual paper copy there so that it doesn’t have to be sent in three di... read more
