Jesse made it great. I wish the Operations Manager had better procedures, for example, following an email with a phone call over the weekend if they need an item on a Saturday or closing will be pushed back. I was out of town at a farm and I was emailed at 9am Saturday about them needing me to sign something. I came back into town on Monday and saw it. I only use LeaderOne because of Jesse.
