He was always there when I needed him and responded fairly quickly when I called or texted. Only issue we had was loan scenarios were different than actual cost to close. I know they could be different but it was 2.5k different. When I called and asked why the difference it was due to clerical error. In fact on the closing document it said the loan scenario was 1.5k LESS than the actual.
