I thought it was odd to be filling out paperwork as though I was a new patient even though I've been there for 15+ years. It would have been helpful to know I was going to be asked to do that to build in more time for it. Also, it asked for all info including SSN, which I did not write down as I was worried about what would happen with that piece of paper that has ALL of my personal info on it.
The staff is perfect the way it is.
As usual, I felt very comfortable with the staff at Dr. Price's office. They provide excellent care.

I appreciated getting an overall perspective on my teeth during my visit - how they compared to previous visits over the years; not just in and out for this particular appointment, but the long view!
I didn't like having to fill out the info form. In the digital world there should be a way that we can look at our info and edit changes - even if our current info is printed on paper and given to us - it's a heck of a lot easier to mark out and change something than to rewrite all of the information that hasn't changed.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for care -- nor would any of my family and many friends! I recommend Dr. Price all the time!
My teeth cleaning was exception this visit.
I hope that Jill will pull my tooth so I don't have to go elsewhere!
