I have always had exceptional service at your office and frequently recommend it. One things that I would be interested in is occasionally receiving information about best practices in taking care of ones teeth, i.e. diet, recommended habits and products etc.
The dental hygenist could use some customer service cues on projecting a warm and calming approach. She seemed inconvenienced by my questions and frustrated by my feedback that what she was doing in my mouth was painful. She was could be more gentle, less abrupt in her communication. Technically she may be great but her bedside can use some work. I did not have much confidence in her after the first few minutes in the chair. I had called twice and each time had questions regarding the change I was planning to make to a new dentist. Each time I was treated with patience and respect.
You and your team have always made my husband and I feel like special people. You are all so caring and thoughtful a visit to the office is just an excuse for us to wonder the Hawthorn area.
I typically experience waits before my treatment. Outside of that everything is great!!
