Jim was a consumate professional. My loan was extremely difficult due to the type of co-op residence that it is. Jim worked endlessly with the co-op board and went to bat for me on more than one occasion. He lead me through the process and informed me all the way. He even did a refinance knowing all the endless work that would be involved without hesitation. I would not hesitate to refer or use his services again.
Jim and his team did and his team did an amaizing job with our refinincing on our house here in Skokie. He was very prompt to answeer all our questions and the process went on almost flawless.
