Jim was always available to answer any questions for me. And he explained them in away that I could understand. He spoke to on my level, even though he explained them in layman's terms. I didn't feel as if Jim was talking down to me, I felt respected and well informed when the conversation was over. I wouldn't change my experience with Jim for anything. There was multiple issue on my end. But never showed me any frustration or disinterest in my case. Jim was the one that kept me interested.
