Fair with my home damage claim,able to replace my roof and siding from hail damage. Very time consuming though process 2 months to complete but understand situations from storm. Adjuster treatment was excellent and personal .Adjuster was very fair in his estimate.
State Farm claims were fast, courteous, and fair on the estimate of damage to my auto from a storm.
I had a flat tire & needed to be towed an hour away on a Sunday. I called my agent first thing Monday morning. Check in the mail to reimburse me on same day. Great customer service!!

Filed a claim for water damage to half our home, they sent out the field rep who was very helpful. Everything was taken care of to our satisfaction and overall it was a pretty seamless transaction with no noticeable rate hikes since. Couple of years ago I was rear ended by one of their customers. I was asked to bring my vehicle to a State Farm location (4915 S Pulaski Rd., in Chicago) to determine repair cost. Brought my vehicle thinking that it was going to be a bad experience and that they were going to offer pennies compared to what repairs would cost, I was wrong. They were absolutely amazing for us. Our car got totaled a couple days before Christmas, so the claim we filed understandably took a few days to get started. But once it was started, it only took them 6 days to finalize everything and pay it off. Customer service was great and our local agent is amazing. So happy to have State Farm.
